Unlock M. Bison 2:
To unlock M.Bison 2, you must complete the original mode 8 times. To access him, select M.Bison hold down select and press circle (If Bisons’ pic hasn’t changed you need to complete the original mode until a voice at the end says, “Here comes a new challenger.”).

Unlock Evil Ryu:
Beat the game 8 time with Ryu then highlight him and press select and Circle.

Unlock Bonus characters:
Beat original mode without continuing to unlock one of the following characters:

Shadow Geist,
