Complete level 30 of Necromondio Cave to unlock Guitararmor mode. Hold R1 on the Tecmo screen until it fades out to activate.

Pizza Diskarmer:
Complete the game on any difficulty to unlock Pizza Diskarmer. Hold L1 on the Tecmo screen until it fades out to activate.

Rollerarmor:
Complete the Necromondio Cave on Hard to activate Rollerarmor. Hold R2 on the Tecmo screen until it fades out to activate.

One-World Mode:
Complete the game on any difficulty to unlock One-World mode.

Unlock Easy Mode:
Die three times to unlock Easy mode.

Unlock Hard Mode:
Complete the game on Normal to unlock Hard mode.

Unlock Extra Hard Mode:
Complete the game on Hard to unlock Extra Hard mode.
