Swing your Nunchuck Right-> Swing your remote left-> Swing your nunchuck
right while swinging your remote left->Swing both remote and nunchuck down.
Tail power:
Swing your Wiimote Down, Up, Left, and Right
Long Sword:
Beat the game once.
